Our vast variety of machinery provides us the capability to handle mass production jobs efficiently and detailed custom jobs with fineness resulting in the product quality you expect no matter the size of the job. Gabbiani Galaxy 90 14' computerized panel saw The Galaxy is capable of making straight cuts accurate within .006 in. in material up 5 in. thick.

KOMO VR 508 5' x 8' CNC router The Komo is capable of cutting AutoCAD files (either submitted by customer or drawn by our technicians) out of material up to 2 in. thick; typically used to cut out signage letters, decorative shapes, or complicated components for use in the fabrication of larger units.

SCM Pratix N15 5' x 12' CNC router The Pratix is capable of cutting AutoCAD files (either submitted by customer or drawn by our technicians) out of material up to 2 in. thick; typically used to cut out signage letters, decorative shapes, or complicated components for use in the fabrication of larger units. It offers larger size capabilities and more advanced three dimensional technologies than the komo.

Custom made Precision Quincy thermoform oven 4' x 7' x 9' forced air convection oven The oven is used to uniformly heat material to a pliable consistency suitable for permanently molding curves into the sheet, either by draping the heated sheet over a mold or by forcing air under the heated sheet as in the case of bubble skylights.

Epilog Legend 36ext laser engraver 1' x 2' x 3' 120 watt digital laser engraver The Epilog is capable engraving, etching, or cutting digital files into almost any material. It is typically used to replicate company logos, to engrave awards and/or keepsakes, or to cut out intricate components.
